As Digital Marketing Manager, you will take a key role in shaping our strategy and driving execution, helping us achieve our ambitious growth goals. This position combines strategic planning with hands-on implementation, making it an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital marketer eager to make a big impact on a small, dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and execution for digital marketing campaigns across web, email, social media, and digital advertising to attract, engage, and convert audiences.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar, including web pages, blogs, videos, social posts, email campaigns, and print collateral.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver impactful content that supports business objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Pardot, Salesforce) and implement data-driven optimizations to improve results.
  • Manage website updates and content publishing using WordPress.
  • Drive SEO/SEM strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Partner with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities and customer needs.
  • Promote PAR s key differentiators and capabilities through compelling messaging that deepens relationships with existing customers and attracts new ones.
  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and drive customer retention.
  • Set and track KPIs for all digital marketing efforts, delivering actionable insights to company leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including content creation, campaign management, and analytics.
  • B2B marketing experience preferred.
  • Ability to understand and translate complex technical content into clear, compelling value propositions and audience-focused messaging across digital channels.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms, including CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (Pardot or similar), analytics tools (Google Analytics), and CMS platforms (WordPress).
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and visual storytelling skills, with a proven track record of creating effective content for digital channels.
  • Experience optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics and driving measurable results.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for innovation, intellectual curiosity, and a customer-focused mindset.
