Responsibilities

  • Own and manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google and LinkedIn - constantly testing, refining, and looking for ways to improve performance
  • Write compelling ad copy and collaborate on landing pages that actually convert
  • Keep a close eye on trends, performance data, and customer behavior to uncover what’s working and what’s not
  • Brainstorm and test new digital growth strategies, from campaign ideas to creative experiments
  • Run A/B tests and conversion experiments to optimize user experience and drive better results
  • Work closely with internal teams to build and refine landing pages that support SEO and paid campaign goals
  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits and implement best practices to keep us ranking
  • Perform keyword research and optimize web content to make sure we’re showing up for the right searches
  • Track campaign performance across channels—clicks, conversions, ROI—and turn that data into clear, actionable insights
  • Analyze the full customer journey across touchpoints to identify drop-off points and improve the overall conversion funnel

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in technical SEO and paid advertising (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn) and managing successful PPC campaigns
  • Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and digital performance marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present campaign results and strategy recommendations
  • A growth mindset—curious, iterative, and always testing
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS, CMS platforms (like WordPress), and data analysis using Excel

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working in a SaaS or tech environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem tools and how they integrate with marketing platforms
