About the position

Executive Administration, Inc. (EAI), an established association management company seeks an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with strong communication and interpersonal skills to position the Academy of Osseointegration - a 4,000 member professional association - as the leading authority and resource for implant replacement therapy among the media and public. Located in Arlington Heights, IL, EAI is a accredited, full-service firm providing management and headquarters services to national and international healthcare organizations. EAI has 40+ years of experience in the non-profit environment, lending strategic focus and putting proven practices to work. The successful candidate will have three-five years of experience serving in a similar capacity and possess strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills. Candidates should have a proven track record of digital media experience, be hands-on and detail-oriented. The Digital Marketing Manager will initiate & implement successful digital media relations plans, strategies and outreach activities; manage the content for social media and website; initiate contact with members on issues relevant to the organization; coordinate interviews; and interact with other staff and leadership to coordinate media interviews. The manager is involved in writing and editing member communications should be able to assist with video production. Must be able to work well under pressure and maintain great attention to detail and accuracy. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and overseeing the organization's communications and digital marketing campaigns with the main objective to enhance brand recognition/online presence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop digital marketing campaigns and oversee SEO/SEM, email, social media and display promotional campaigns.
  • Create social media posts promoting various events and offerings.
  • Determine various digital platforms on which to test ads.
  • Communicate organization's initiatives to its members.
  • Monitor performance metrics across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with committees to develop new growth strategies.
  • Monitor performance metrics for ads and organic search across digital channels.
  • Develop and enhance ongoing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Identify new trends and optimize ongoing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Familiar with association marketing.
  • Experience working on digital marketing campaigns for various platforms.
  • Excellent writer and strong communicator with high attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and edit written and visual content.
  • Knowledge and experience with SEO concepts and implementation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects within budget.

  • Experience with the latest digital marketing tools and software.
  • Strong portfolio of past digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads and search, social media posts and SEO content.
