The ideal candidate will possess strong creative skills, technical competence with design software, and a keen attention to detail, along with the ability to analyze data to drive marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Promote the firm's brand and message across digital channels.
• Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising efforts.
• Create and design marketing content using various design software.
• Analyze marketing data to inform strategies and improve performance.
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Business Development team to develop marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.
• Five years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media, preferably in a professional services firm.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
• Experience with email marketing tools and CRM software such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and HubSpot.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and Shopify.
