About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that enhance our online presence and drive conversions. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of managing multiple projects while collaborating with various teams. The Digital Marketing Manager will promote our online training and certification programs related to accessibility and neurodiversity, engaging and converting a diverse range of audiences worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage SEO and content marketing/lead generation programs for website traffic and social media presence.
  • Manage all digital and paid campaigns, including Meta, Google, and app promotions, overseeing concept, creation, implementation, and analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand audiences and execute effective campaigns.
  • Lead internal and external meetings and update marketing dashboards and content calendars.
  • Perform WordPress/website edits and updates as needed.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and content marketing.
  • Oversee social media management, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
  • Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Implement conversion optimization strategies to improve website performance and lead generation efforts.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage content creation and distribution through content management systems.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3 years of marketing experience (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of tools such as Canva and Adobe for creating ads/images.
  • Specialized knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO best practices, and content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices, including paid ad campaigns and analytics.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Intermediate or above skillset in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent presentation and speaking skills, with the ability to present to high-level executives.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress for content updates and page additions.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Experience in email marketing, including list management and campaign execution.
  • Excellent research skills to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Previous experience in conversion optimization techniques.
