This role within Marketing will provide strategic leadership across all digital marketing channels, content, tools, and technology to support Simplot Global Food’s Masterbrand objectives and strategy. The Senior Digital Marketing Operations Manager will develop and implement comprehensive digital business plans that include channel strategies, content strategy and development, and promotional campaign planning. All digital activities will align with the annual brand and operational plans to ensure they support overarching business objectives. A key focus of this role will be overseeing the creation, distribution, and optimization of digital content while ensuring alignment with Masterbrand messaging and goals. The position includes leading website design and management to deliver an intuitive and engaging user experience for our customers and sales team. It will also lead the development of new tools, including a customer partnership portal and a Learning Management System (LMS) or equivalent training hub to enhance operator engagement and showcase the value of Simplot’s partnership offerings. This role will involve collaborating with marketing, cross-functional, cross-regional, and agency partners to manage all aspects of the digital business. This role will work to optimize resources and processes for all digital brand investments and initiatives in line with the annual brand objectives and strategy. Performance measurement and continuous improvement will also be critical responsibilities, requiring the manager to monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across all digital channels. This role will apply a continuous improvement mindset, leveraging data and analytics to optimize the user experience, digital workflows, and marketing performance. As a leader and subject matter expert, the manager will provide guidance on the intersection of marketing and technology, advising on best practices and emerging trends. Acting as a digital advocate within the organization, they will ensure that digital strategies and tools are effectively communicated, understood, and utilized to their full potential.
