About the position
The Project Manager at Top Growth Marketing (TGM) plays a crucial role in managing client relationships and overseeing the execution of digital marketing campaigns for eCommerce brands. This position requires strong communication skills, organization, and a proactive approach to ensure client satisfaction and project success within a fully remote team environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships by connecting internal and external teams.
- Conduct strategy and brainstorming sessions with clients.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Review ads and emails before sending them to clients.
- Set up accounts for clients and the team.
- Onboard new clients to initiate ad and email campaigns.
- Act as a traffic controller to keep the team on track and clients happy.
- Track the progress of tasks, deadlines, and accuracy of deliverables.
- Run internal and client-facing meetings, taking detailed notes and disseminating meeting recaps.
- Anticipate project resource volumes and dependencies, actively resolving and escalating issues and conflicts as appropriate.
Requirements
- 1+ year of client management experience.
- 2+ years of marketing background, specifically with Facebook and Google ads.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organized, task-oriented, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage teams and clients effectively.
- Understanding of media buying, particularly on Facebook and Google.
- Familiarity with Pixel, Tag, and Tracking implementation.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools such as Klaviyo.
- Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns.
