About the position

The Digital Marketing Lead Generation Specialist is a temporary role focused on creating and implementing lead-generating marketing campaigns to promote digital subscription products. This position works under the guidance of the Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager to develop high-impact lead generation and social media programs aimed at meeting revenue goals. Responsibilities include managing the complete campaign cycle from concept to reporting, ensuring effective demand generation strategies are executed.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign development and deployment under guidance of Demand Gen team, including monthly leadgen template campaigns, product promotions, webinar invitations, and tradeshow campaigns.
  • Proofreading and copywriting for marketing materials.
  • Executing social media promotions, both organic and paid, and reporting on their effectiveness.
  • Managing list development, pulling, and cleanup.
  • Developing and placing digital advertisements.
  • Maintaining the CRM database.
  • Coordinating leads and routing them to appropriate representatives for follow-up.
  • Cleaning up and importing tradeshow leads.
  • Maintaining the website, including product page updates, blogs, web forms, and registration forms.
  • Assisting with quality assurance of marketing sites.
  • Launching and updating campaign project requests.
  • Managing and updating the Marketing Calendar and Media plan.
  • Pulling monthly reports and monitoring analytic dashboards.
  • Completing other ad hoc special projects as requested by the manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, a related business field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a B2B marketing or sales environment, developing relevant skills.
  • Experience with email marketing and email campaign software is essential.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, such as Marketo, is preferred.
  • Experience in copywriting and proofreading.
  • Strong attention to detail is required.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
  • Knowledge of HTML and WordPress is a plus.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and AdWords is necessary.
  • Experience with Tableau is desirable.
  • Social media marketing experience is very desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Tableau is desirable.
  • Knowledge of HTML and WordPress is a plus.
