About the position

MD Sports is looking for a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. This role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating visually appealing graphics, and analyzing campaign performance to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and design, along with strong analytical skills to drive marketing efforts across various digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, PPC marketing, and brand website marketing.
• Design and produce high-quality digital marketing assets, including product photos, web banners, email designs, PPC advertisement images, and social media posts.
• Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using Excel and other analytical tools.
• Prepare detailed reports on campaign outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in marketing and graphic design, with knowledge in retailer and web PPC marketing, social media advertisement, and web design.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting.
• Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing platforms).
