At Enclave, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to bring fresh ideas, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to our dynamic team. In this role, you'll collaborate with talented team members and key stakeholders to analyze data, craft innovative strategies, and deliver impactful results across platforms like Google, Facebook, and optimizing SEO. Responsibilities

  • Lead external email marketing and automation programs, enhancing customer journeys and delivering measurable ROI
  • Conceptualize, implement, and manage organic and paid social media strategies alongside our creative services team.
  • Create, execute, and monitor SEM/PPC campaigns with tools like Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Drive SEO improvements and optimize content for maximum user engagement.
  • Design and maintain reports and dashboards that turn complex metrics into clear insights for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Define, track, and communicate KPIs for all digital channels, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and transform data into actionable insights to fuel growth.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of emerging digital trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Support daily marketing activities and campaign execution with enthusiasm and creativity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role with at least 3+ years focused on digital marketing or analytics
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proven experience in editing short-form video content to captivate audiences
