About the position

The position is focused on driving qualified traffic to support revenue and traffic growth for an omnichannel retail business, which includes both ecommerce websites and brick-and-mortar retail locations. The candidate will administer paid campaigns across various channels such as paid search, programmatic, social, and affiliate marketing. A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of omnichannel strategy and will contribute to measurable growth in these channels, driving positive outcomes and return-on-investment. The role is cross-functional, requiring collaboration with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth via digital marketing programs including paid search, display programmatic advertising, social advertising, and affiliate marketing.
  • Grow and optimize paid search engine marketing by setting strategic direction for agency partners, developing integrated plans, managing budgets, and performing in-depth analysis.
  • Manage display campaigns for both prospecting and remarketing consumers, coordinating creative with brand teams and agency partners.
  • Manage social campaigns with performance media teams, developing integrated plans and ensuring optimization through best practices.
  • Optimize affiliate programs by developing strategic integrated plans and monitoring execution compliance.
  • Maintain promotional calendar support and partner with internal teams on go-to-market activations.
  • Pull reporting and develop actionable insights across all digital marketing programs, showcasing technical understanding of platform functionality.
  • Develop recommendations for optimal budget allocation to maximize revenue and minimize acquisition costs.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience across devices including desktop, tablet, and mobile.
  • Educate partners on direct-to-consumer digital focus.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a college bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Advertising
  • 2+ years of retail or ecommerce experience
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Familiarity with offline marketing strategies and tactics
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong technical knowledge relevant to a typical retail environment
