Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement digital ads tailored for various social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute ad campaigns aligned with brand goals and target audience preferences.
• Oversee the development of short-form video content, from scripting and storyboarding to editing and final output.
• Track, analyze, and report on ad performance metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions) to optimize campaigns for better results.
• Stay updated on best practices, ad formats, and algorithm changes across all relevant platforms.
• Leverage advanced targeting tools to ensure ads reach the right audience segments.
• Conduct split tests on ad creatives and strategies to identify what drives the best ROI.

Requirements

• Must have at least one year of experience with creating web ads.
• Must have a portfolio.
• Strong computer skills including creative suite or similar.
