About the position

As a Digital Marketing Strategist Manager at Super Color Digital, LLC, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness. You will manage team members and collaborate with various departments to execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, while also analyzing market trends and customer behavior to optimize marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling graphics for online marketing campaigns, including paid ads, organic social posts, email marketing, and web banners.
  • Work with marketing to design user-friendly layouts for email campaigns, landing pages, and website updates that drive engagement and lead conversion.
  • Design and produce video content and motion graphics for use on social media and company presentations.
  • Create custom visual solutions tailored to specific client needs, such as branded environments, event displays, and retail signage.
  • Develop marketing collateral for client meetings, proposals, and events, ensuring consistency with client brand guidelines.
  • Develop high-quality visual assets for marketing campaigns, presentations, trade show displays, and digital content.
  • Create and maintain consistency in brand identity across all digital and print platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design visually appealing case studies, client proposals, and pitch decks.
  • Partner with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative strategies that align with company objectives and sales goals.
  • Assist in conducting visual research and gathering design inspiration to ensure marketing campaigns stay current with industry trends.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance data and adapt designs to optimize performance for future initiatives.
  • Report on project status and provide updates to the marketing team on key deliverables.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from the sales team, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure designs meet marketing objectives.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure design solutions are innovative and effective.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of digital marketing strategies, trends in graphic design, and new design software to improve the quality of marketing assets.
  • Manage technologies related to sales (e.g., Salesforce and HubSpot).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of market research, customer analysis, and marketing trends.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and social media platforms.
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create engaging content across multiple platforms.
  • Experience with digital marketing techniques, including SEO and social media advertising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and user experience design principles.

Benefits

  • Full-time position with a salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 per year.
