About the position

The Durham Bulls are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Media and Video Trainee for the 2025 season. This entry-level position involves creating video and static graphics for various sports divisions, managing graphic design requests, and assisting with game day programs and community relations initiatives. The role requires flexibility in working hours and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Creating video and static graphics for the Durham Bulls and other sports divisions.
• Producing game day programs and video board content.
• Designing email marketing graphics, print collateral, and signage projects.
• Conceptualizing and producing photo and video shoots.
• Managing graphic design requests for CPL teams and other departments.
• Assisting with events held at Durham Bulls Athletic Park and general front office duties.
• Supporting team community relations initiatives and promoting events.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Adobe InDesign.
• Experience with graphic design, video post-production, and social media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and multi-task effectively.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and motivated with a positive attitude.
