About the position

We are looking for a Digital Media Content Creator to support our marketing initiatives. The content creator will be responsible for developing high-quality content for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other platforms. They will contribute significantly to the company's branding and style guide to maximize the impact of their content. This role is crucial in analyzing the successes and challenges of our market competitors and sharing findings with coworkers to consistently deliver excellence. The Digital Media Content Creator will possess photography and videography experience, which will be essential in creating engaging content. They will communicate and collaborate effectively to enhance our social media presence. Working closely with the marketing department, the content creator will understand both short-term and long-term marketing targets and develop content strategies accordingly. The goal is to create content that maximizes customer interest and engagement. In addition to content creation, the role involves measuring and monitoring company website and social media traffic statistics. The content creator will be responsible for monitoring traffic increases due to new content and taking actions to improve traffic metrics. They will brainstorm and suggest new ways to improve traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels. Collaboration with the content and marketing team will be necessary to decide on brand taglines, logos, and other promotional materials. The content creator should also be willing to be on camera at times, updating content on the website, Amazon, social media, and content pages periodically. Furthermore, they will optimize SEO-driven content to increase site traffic and write and review content for various platforms, ensuring it meets customer needs. Lastly, the content creator will review and make changes to Google ads to ensure optimal performance and alignment with marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs in relation to the company and write content to cater to those needs.
  • Review and make changes to Google ads to ensure optimal performance and alignment with marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Experience with managing and optimizing Google ads is a plus.
  • 1 year of experience in the auto detailing industry (preferred).
