About the position

The Digital Media Lead Specialist at MFS is responsible for managing and implementing advertising campaigns across various media types, including digital banners, social media, search, and broadcast. This role involves strategic planning, collaboration with senior leaders, and ensuring compliance with advertising guidelines. The specialist will oversee the entire advertising process from concept to execution, ensuring that campaigns align with MFS's marketing and brand-building efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the strategic planning process for advertising development with senior leaders.
  • Support the development and implementation of all paid media campaigns in alignment with marketing and brand-building efforts.
  • Manage advertising and landing page development from concept to final deliverable, ensuring user experience and call-to-action are met.
  • Oversee all media activities including deadlines, material due dates, and ad delivery details, liaising with agencies and publishers.
  • Problem-solve and remediate issues as they arise during campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with in-house teams to manage ad creation details, working with various departments such as marketing, creative, and analytics.
  • Adhere to compliance guidelines and project management processes using Workfront.
  • Create and manage timelines and due dates for campaign deliverables in coordination with the project management team.
  • Develop and manage Paid Social trafficking sheets for launching campaigns in multiple markets.
  • Own the Paid Search program for multiple regions globally.
  • Partner with the Analytics team to ensure proper implementation of UTM tags and tracking codes.
  • Manage thought leadership content and oversee various versions required for campaign placement.
  • Liaise with outside agencies to ensure timely and budget-compliant campaign executions.

Requirements

  • 5-6+ years of experience managing advertising across multiple mediums, preferably from an account management perspective.
  • Ability to manage extensive details and juggle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional proofing skills to review and test ad units for consistency and accuracy before launch.
  • Working knowledge of asset management and advertising compliance rules in regulated industries is preferred.
  • Competence in working with advertising analytics and technology.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse internal teams, including creative and technical/legal teams.
  • Positive attitude, self-starter mentality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
