Ensure security protocols are followed rigorously across all workflows and systems. Guarantee 100% accuracy in data deliveries by verifying file integrity, metadata, and specifications. Utilize tools such as Aspera, Signiant, and others for efficient and secure file transfers. Interpret and generate XML schema, metadata templates, and delivery manifests as needed. Handle a wide variety of audio and video file types and understand their technical specifications. Learn and retain an extensive range of workflows, client specs, and delivery procedures. Maintain highly accurate data entry, tracking, and record keeping. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in coordination with Project Managers under tight deadlines. Troubleshoot technical or workflow-related issues and offer timely solutions. In addition, the Digital Media Operations Lead will act as the primary point of contact for escalations and coordinate with cross-functional departments. Help develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistency and scalability. Identify inefficiencies or workflow bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve throughput. Coordinate with engineering and IT to resolve infrastructure or system-related issues. Troubleshoot playback issues in QC and Color bays. Perform basic diagnostics on production equipment.
