Responsibilities

  • Engage with new clients through various channels such as cold-calling, community outreach, networking, and online platforms.
  • Deliver support in the ways that are most useful to our customers and address their needs with expertise, respect, and empathy.
  • Understand what our customers need and actively work to make their relationship with us seamless, easy, and rewarding.
  • Tailor communications and interactions to address customer needs and expectations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 months sales experience required.
  • Understanding of digital advertising products preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, research, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Driver’s license and transportation required.
  • Must have a cell phone with the ability to add Apps for daily use.
