They manage existing client campaigns, expand adoption, and develop new client relationships. Key responsibilities include strategic media planning, budget strategy, campaign operations and oversight, data analysis, testing roadmap development, and reporting. The team collaborates with client services and digital operations to ensure successful execution of strategies. Additionally, the department continuously explores and integrates new technologies, stays updated on industry trends and best practices, and builds relationships with digital publishers to provide innovative and effective solutions for clients. The Digital Media Supervisor, App Marketing will lead digital campaign strategy, buying, reporting, analysis, and optimization. In this client-facing role, the ideal candidate will excel in collaboration, presentations, and comprehensive client reporting. The Supervisor should demonstrate strong ownership while being receptive to feedback from both clients and internal account teams. An exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to complete accuracy are essential. Experience with highly targeted and complex campaigns, and a proven ability to manage accounts focused on ROI are highly desirable. We are seeking an individual with experience and knowledge across paid digital marketing platforms and programmatic media including Google platforms (DV360, CM360, YouTube, Google Ads), other DSPs (Amazon, TTD), and social media channels (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.). Additionally, a strong working knowledge of the app ecosystem inclusive of paid and organic efforts, data attribution/MMP platforms, creative strategy, and deeplinking. Key qualifications include hands-on management of app install and engagement campaigns across Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, Microsoft, and other platforms. Familiarity and knowledge of tools needed to effectively manage and measure App campaigns (ie. Appsflyer, Sensor Tower, Branch, etc) is also preferred. Essential duties and responsibilities Develop, manage, and optimize app campaigns to drive installs and adoption, repeat behaviors, decreased churn, and increased customer lifetime value Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align campaign strategies with product roadmaps and business goals Leverage insights into data attribution to improve campaign tracking and performance Implement and monitor deeplinking strategies to enhance user experiences and streamline conversion paths Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for app marketing initiatives Works with client account services team to develop and present digital media strategies and plans for client approval Owns the day-to-day media campaign logistics through entire planning cycle, across clients Develops efficient and effective plans based on a range of client goals and KPIs Works with Ad Ops team to insure that campaigns are properly launched Collaborates with internal account teams in post-campaign analysis and develops recommendations for ongoing media buys Follows all company health and safety procedures Performs other related duties as required or assigned Supervisory responsibilities May be responsible for supervising the work of a Programmatic Digital Media Buyer and/ or a Digital Media Assistant Education and Experience Education Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) required Experience 3-5 years related experience required Experience with campaign management and client facing communications Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be experienced in analyzing data and developing actionable insights Specific knowledge required Basic knowledge of fundamental concepts and practices with the ability to apply this knowledge in common business situations Key qualifications include extensive hands-on expertise in programmatic media, Google platforms (DV360, CM360, YouTube, Google Ads), and social media channels (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) An exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to complete accuracy are essential. Experience with online video campaigns and a proven ability to manage accounts focused on ROI are highly desirable Compensation Range: $85-$100k/year. This is the pay range Ocean Media reasonably expects it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on level of experience, relevant skills, professional certifications, market pay, and demand for the role.
