The Digital Media Support Engineer will be supporting a National Insurance Provider based in San Antonio, Texas. The Digital Media Support Engineer plays a pivotal role within AVI by serving as the Digital Media support subject matter expert for our Managed Services team. This role will support AVI Customers' DM technology and will be a member of the Managed Services - Service Desk team. This person will be responsible for Incident Management, Service Requests, Ticket Ownership, Reporting, Events, and Problem Management. This position will support the Service Contracts sold by the branch and Managed Services Practice to achieve our business revenue, gross profit (GP) and profitability objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Support a National Insurance Provider based in San Antonio, Texas.
  • Serve as the Digital Media support subject matter expert for the Managed Services team.
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and ticket ownership.
  • Handle reporting, events, and problem management.
  • Support service contracts sold by the branch and Managed Services Practice.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in supporting and troubleshooting digital media and signage technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions based on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and customer relation skills.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites.
  • Good working knowledge of Scala, Carousel, Appspace, Navori, Four Winds or similar applications.
  • Ability to understand LAN, WAN, basic router and network technology.
