About the position

The Digital Media & Video Trainee position at Capitol Broadcasting Company is designed for a highly motivated and creative individual to support the Durham Bulls and other sports divisions in producing engaging video and graphic content. This entry-level role involves various responsibilities, including game day program production, creation of video board content, and managing graphic design requests, all while contributing to community relations initiatives and assisting with events at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park.

Responsibilities

• Creating video and static graphics for the Durham Bulls and other sports divisions.
• Producing game day programs and video board content.
• Designing email marketing graphics, print collateral, and signage projects.
• Conceptualizing and producing photo and video shoots.
• Managing graphic design requests for CPL teams and other departments.
• Assisting with events held at Durham Bulls Athletic Park.
• Supporting team community relations initiatives and promoting events.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Adobe InDesign.
• Experience with graphic design and video post-production.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and multi-task effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
