About the position

As a Digital Product Designer at NIKE, Inc., you will conceptualize and ideate designs through visual comps, wireframes, flows, and prototypes to enhance the Nike consumer experience. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team that works closely with design, product, engineering, and research to deliver the best possible user and brand experience across Nike’s shopping journey. Your focus will be on user experience, user interface, visual design, and the overall consumer journey, connecting digital, retail, and cross-platform experiences (Web and App). You will independently manage tasks and communicate timelines to stakeholders, inspiring new ways of thinking and exploring the unknown using fresh and unique approaches to design problems. You will be well-versed in typography, layout, and composition, responsible for ideating, problem-solving, and iterating designs based on user expectations, best practices, business needs, and technical constraints, validating concepts through prototyping. Additionally, you will attend and participate in meetings with cross-functional partners and other design teammates, ensuring high-fidelity production-ready design files are shipped through collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, UX/UI design, or Human-Computer Interaction.
  • Completion of a university-level course, research project, internship, or thesis.
  • One (1) year of experience in Visual Design, User Interface Design, and related fields.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Keynote.
  • Familiarity with Cinema4D.
