Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Drive delivery of best-in-class digital investing experiences
  • Develop, maintain, and share detailed digital product roadmaps
  • Measure and report on KPIs for successful digital product delivery and post-implementation success
  • Monitor the marketplace to assess digital experience trends and recommend new digital experiences or enhancements
  • Develop and design features of new or existing digital experiences
  • Manage the development, production, roll-out or promotion of digital experiences
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure digital experiences meet strategic goals
  • Support risk management, compliance, and audit needs
  • Drive business, financial, and customer experience results of new and existing products
  • Coordinate and/or coach Product Managers and Associates
