Digital Quality Assurance Analyst

About the position

AAA Club Alliance is currently seeking a Digital Quality Assurance Analyst to join our organization here in Wilmington, DE or Cincinnati, OH. This position is a hybrid role and will require you to be on-site multiple days a week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing test plans based on project requirements.
• Conduct manual testing of digital products, including websites and applications, to ensure functionality and usability.
• Design and implement robust automated test frameworks for web applications, APIs, and services.
• Write, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
• Define automation strategy to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Conduct thorough testing of APIs and integrations to ensure seamless functionality and data flow.
• Utilize tools like Postman, SoapUI, or similar for testing and validating APIs.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid feedback and deployment cycles.
• Identify, document, and track defects using a bug tracking system.
• Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand application changes and ensure testing is comprehensive.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 3-5+ years in software quality assurance, with a strong emphasis on test automation.
• Experience with a testing automation tool, Playwright a plus.
• Experience in Jira or other project management tools.
• Github experience preferred.
• Mobile app testing.
• React, Node.js, HTML, CSS, Javascript understanding.
• A/B testing and reporting best practices.
• PCI Compliance best practices.
• ADA compliance WCAG 2.1 AA.
• Sitecore / Adobe products knowledge.
