The Digital Services Finance Controller will act as a business partner for the DS Business Process Solutions Directors, managing a budget of approximately 60 million euros across 300 applications. This role involves bringing the finance voice into the Business Solution team, supporting resource optimization, managing budgets and forecasts, ensuring compliance with internal audit and finance rules, and participating in various analyses and cross-functional processes within Digital Services.

Responsibilities

  • Bring the finance voice into the Business Solution team for his/her scope of responsibility.
  • Act as a partner with operations and business to support resource optimization and sourcing.
  • Get clear on cost drivers and identify levers for cost optimization.
  • Close the Actuals and analyze the gaps.
  • Manage the Budget & the Forecast using Satin tool.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal audit & finance rules.
  • Post accruals and prepaid journal entries for his/her scope of responsibility.
  • Challenge license costs and utilization as a member of the License steering committee.
  • Support the Head of Run Activity on saving actions and various ad-hoc and transversal tasks.
  • Consolidate monthly Cash Out position for Digital transformation for Run and Projects.
  • Prepare monthly and year-end forecasts with the Digital Transformation Finance Director.
  • Interface with HQ Finance team regarding Capex and Payment plans.
  • Function as backup for DS reporting.
  • Implement and maintain the Digital Services Financial Management tool.
  • Conduct good receipt periodic cleaning and ad-hoc assignments on Digital financial process continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • CA or MBA with 10-15 years of experience post qualification.
  • 10 years' experience in Finance in a big multinational company.
  • SAP ERP - FICO end user knowledge.
  • Cash management exposure.
  • Business controlling / IT controlling experience.
  • Business oriented with a proactive, pragmatic, and open-minded approach.
  • Autonomous to drive business and result-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a matrix and international organization.
  • Advanced Excel skills with data modeling and finance modeling preferred.
