About the position

The Digital Copywriter will be an integral part of the Digital Marketing team at Manhattan Associates, focusing on creating and optimizing digital content for the corporate website and other online platforms. This role involves ensuring that all written materials align with the brand's standards and enhance visibility and professionalism. The Digital Copywriter will collaborate with various internal teams to adapt existing content and develop new materials, ensuring clarity and discoverability in all digital communications.

Responsibilities

• Champion the brand's desired personality and evolve brand standards around tone, personality, and writing style.
• Ensure all written materials for the corporate website enhance brand visibility and professionalism.
• Monitor, adapt, and revise existing page content in collaboration with internal marketing colleagues.
• Develop content for articles, blogs, and landing pages in partnership with the SEO team.
• Audit published content for grammar and style accuracy as part of an editorial workflow.
• Make real-time content edits within the content management system.
• Meet deadlines and collaborate effectively with team members.

Requirements

• Excellent level of grammar and proofreading skills.
• Experience in writing digital content for the web.
• Familiarity with content management systems for websites.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-3+ years of experience in media, print, and digital content creation.
• Ability to conduct research for content requests.
• Experience in self-managing deadlines.
• Experience interviewing subject matter experts in technology/technical fields.
