About the position

As a Digital & Website Media Project Manager at Soflo Studio, you will oversee multiple client projects focusing on media aspects such as graphics, marketing, and web development. This role is crucial for ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while managing remote teams and utilizing project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple web and design projects.
• Assist with the creation and execution of project plans, revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Conduct frequent check-ins with all clients to communicate progress and collect feedback.
• Ensure required documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Manage project budget, monitor for overages, and advise clients on impending budgetary events.
• Identify resources needed to complete individual tasks in conjunction with other key members of teams.
• Work effectively with team members in other departments, including Sales, Project Managers, Design, and Development.
• Continuously seek out opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
• Provide updates to the Account Executive and Project Coordinator on client meetings.
• Attend and participate in marketing project kickoffs, meetings, and reviews.
• Look for ways to enhance productivity through process improvements and new tools/technology.
• Create and maintain a deliverables timeline calendar for projects.
• Manage quality control of all deliverables and get final approval from team and/or client.
• Prepare for client meetings to ensure quality communication of deliverables.
• Develop an approval process for work outside of established strategies.
• Stay up to date with industry knowledge on advertising trends.
• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies.
• Manage and oversee social media content and measure the success of various campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, particularly in web and design projects.
• Understanding of JavaScript and other front-end programming languages and databases.
• Proficiency in project management software and methodologies.
• Experience managing remote teams of web developers and designers.
• Ability to manage project budgets and monitor for overages.

Nice-to-haves

• PMP certification (Preferred)
• Experience with Scrum methodology (Preferred)
• Familiarity with social media marketing tools such as Agorapulse, Canva, and Meta Business Suite.
