Responsibilities
- Manage the operational and direct auto purchase sales processes of a specific metropolitan region.
- Inquire, sign, and set up new direct auto dealers.
- Manage and maintain dealer relationships.
- Train dealer personnel.
- Update senior leaders on industry trends.
- Address dealer service issues.
- Manage risk relative to position.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- 3 to 5 years of outside sales experience or related field.
- Ability to be effective in product/service presentation, negotiation, and final closings.
- Ability to prioritize and work with limited supervision, self-starter.
- Ability to be effective in dealer servicing and retention.
