About the position

The Director of Agile Operations and Transformation at Cenlar is responsible for leading the company's digital transformation and automation initiatives. This role focuses on implementing agile methodologies to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. The Director will oversee project execution, manage complex projects involving AI and automation, and drive continuous improvement efforts to align with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Set up and implement transformation frameworks for automation technologies and agile methodologies.
• Educate and coach teams across the organization for effective implementation.
• Manage the delivery of complex projects using AI, automation, and digital technologies.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
• Oversee the development and implementation of tools and processes for continuous improvement.
• Act as a champion for Agile processes, coaching teams on best practices.
• Utilize data and AI-driven insights for informed decision-making.
• Support business units in identifying opportunities for automation and AI integration.
• Support financial planning in partnership with the Enterprise Project Management Office.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supporting Agile transformations and large-scale project management.
• Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies applied to business operations.
• Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders and mentor team members.
• Proficiency in project management tools and advanced knowledge of data analytics tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Certifications in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe), Process Mining (e.g., Celonis), AI (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GPT models).
• Previous experience in managing operations in technology-driven environments.
