About the position

The Director of Agile Operations and Transformation at Cenlar is a pivotal role focused on driving digital transformation and automation within the organization. This position involves overseeing project execution, implementing transformation frameworks, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through Agile methodologies. The Director will collaborate with senior stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives and optimize resource utilization, ensuring that innovative projects enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up and implement transformation frameworks for automation technologies and Agile methodologies.
• Educate and coach teams across the organization on effective implementation of Agile practices.
• Manage the delivery of complex projects utilizing AI, automation, and digital technologies.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
• Oversee the development and implementation of tools and processes for continuous improvement in product delivery.
• Act as a champion for Agile processes, coaching teams on best practices.
• Utilize data and AI-driven insights to optimize operational efficiency and project outcomes.
• Support business units in identifying opportunities for automation and AI integration.
• Assist in financial planning, including project budgeting and reporting in partnership with the Enterprise Project Management Office.
• Foster a culture of innovation by staying current on industry trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supporting Agile transformations and large-scale project management.
• Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies applied to business operations.
• Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders and mentor team members.
• Proficiency in project management tools and advanced data analytics tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Certifications in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe), Process Mining (e.g., Celonis), AI (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GPT models).
• Previous experience in managing operations in technology-driven environments.
