About the position

The Director of CEE Finance is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the Conferences, Events & Experiences (CEE) unit, which includes managing the profit and loss (P&L) for IEEE's global conference business. This role is crucial as it involves complete financial oversight for a highly visible operating unit that hosts over 2,000 events in more than 100 countries each year. The role requires collaboration with BFS partners assigned to other operating units to ensure consistency in processes and strategies. The Director will serve as a liaison between their assigned operating units and the CFO teams, coordinating updates to technology, processes, and policies related to events.
