Responsibilities

  • Apply authoritative command of Global System of Quality Management (GSoQM) operational best practices and departmental processes to drive the strategic initiatives and practice operations within the Global SoQM group.
  • Oversee GSoQM processes related to the GSoQM Group and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the impact throughout the KPMG International (KPMGI) global groups and KPMG member firms throughout the network.
  • Drive and manage several ongoing projects, processes or programs of varying complexity, ensuring business expectations, goals and objectives are met for all stakeholders.
  • Provide input regarding resourcing needs and effectively coordinate project allocation within the GSoQM Group.
  • Give primary support for GSoQM leadership and interact with all leadership throughout Global Audit, Global Risk and leaders of key stakeholder groups.
  • Develop communication plans and change management for GSoQM group operations initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum twelve years of current and/or recent experience at a professional services firm with demonstrated supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and/or university.
  • Ability to lead global firm initiatives and operate within a high-level of expected autonomy.
  • Critical thinker with the ability to solve complex problems and challenges through diligent research.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Access; possess advanced Excel skills.
  • Outstanding verbal/written communication, collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills.
