About the position

The Director of Digital Marketing will oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of digital data to inform marketing strategies. Responsibilities

  • Conduct UX research and testing to identify areas for improvement on the firm's digital platform.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement in digital marketing processes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Monitor competitor site and digital activity.
  • Communicate digital marketing performance and insights to senior management.
  • Work directly with external digital agency and other stakeholders.
  • Partner with other members of the digital marketing team to ensure priorities and deliverables are met.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in digital analytics including Google Analytics and tools like Power BI and Salesforce.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional discussions on analytics.
  • User experience (UX) knowledge and experience developing SEO strategies.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms including Salesforce, Pardot, and WordPress.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Project management experience ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Ability to focus on detailed project deliverables while maintaining a big-picture focus.

Benefits
