As Director, Digital Marketing you will define and execute Mews's global strategy on paid and owned channels. You will lead a team of marketing specialists that drive performance in channels like Paid Social, Paid Search, Email, SEO, and Mews.com. You'll work with cross-functional stakeholders within Marketing and the broader go-to-market organization to achieve our business objectives. The right person for this role can build a media plan based on company revenue and pipeline targets, have a clear vision for world class reporting + analytics, and understand the relationship between creative + content and channel performance. You're highly comfortable in Excel and love data, and you can also provide constructive feedback on creative assets. This role is an important leader in the marketing organization and will help set a new bar for digital marketing at Mews. You will report into the VP, Growth.
