As the Director E-Commerce Sales, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key eCommerce customers in North America to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for designated accounts, understanding their needs, providing solutions, and coordinating internal resources to meet their requirements. Your strategic approach to account management will help strengthen our position as a preferred partner in the packaging industry. This is a player coach role with direct sales reports as well as responsibility for select strategic customers. This position will report into the Romeoville HQ offices but candidate must be willing to be home-based in the Seattle, WA area.
