As the Director of Finance Business Partners, you will establish trusted partnerships, evolve the function, and lead an experienced team to deliver high-impact strategic planning, insights, and value. You will forge strong, constructive, and trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, support the Senior Director in the development and implementation of the FBP strategic roadmap, and foster a culture of trust, respect, and growth within the FBP team. Your role will involve proactively driving education, alignment, and accountability throughout the organization regarding investments and adherence to budget, providing commercial support to empower strategic decisions, and partnering with the business to drive efficiency, growth, and improve financial outcomes. You will be highly skilled at building trust and partnering with Senior Stakeholders at every level of the organization up to the C-Suite, influencing strategic results. Your rich experience in leading the FBP function will allow you to proactively identify opportunities, partner with stakeholders, and drive pragmatic commercial and strategic solutions. You will have proven experience in leading a bottom-up global planning process and will be highly skilled in communicating strategy, navigating challenging conversations, and translating complexity into simplicity. After three months, you will have forged strong relationships with the team and key stakeholders, built a solid understanding of our business, key drivers, strategy, and operating plan, and identified opportunities to drive efficiency, insights, and value add.

Responsibilities

  • Forge strong, constructive and trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Support the Senior Director in development and implementation of the FBP strategic roadmap.
  • Foster a culture of trust, respect, and growth within the FBP team.
  • Proactively drive education, alignment and accountability throughout the organization in respect to investments and adherence to budget.
  • Provide commercial support to empower strategic decisions.
  • Partner with the business to drive efficiency, growth and improve financial outcomes.

Requirements

  • Highly skilled at building trust and partnering with Senior Stakeholders at every level of the organization up to the C-Suite.
  • Rich experience in leading FBP function that proactively identifies opportunities, partners with stakeholders and drives pragmatic commercial and strategic solutions.
  • Proven experience in leading bottom-up global planning process.
  • Highly skilled in communicating strategy, navigating challenging conversations and skills in translating complexity into simplicity.
  • Proven ability to drive ambitious and rewarding goals that positively impact company strategy.
  • Best practice skills in designing, building and reviewing complex models that accurately and effectively derive powerful insights.
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and inspiring others to embrace innovation that cultivates positive change.
  • Supports Campers to grow and consistently deliver high impact during times of change or disruption.
  • A chartered accountant or CPA.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in employee experience platforms or similar industries.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
