The Director of Finance Transformation is responsible for:
Leading the preparation, implementation and optimization strategy of the Corporate ERP modernization initiative as well as has overall responsibility for a successful and robust change management process. This includes responsibility for effectively identifying necessary communications and carrying such communications out to all levels of the organization as deemed appropriate.
This position will have responsibility for playing a crucial role in decision making and implementation of future system enhancements (beyond ERP), upgrades and new finance systems implementations to optimize the integrity and reliance of financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis, ensuring that our finance systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with our business objectives.
Directly supervises the team working on the financial change processes and strategies for system implementation and upgrades.
Directs team working with internal and external IT and consulting functions supporting the financial system strategy.
Identifying and implementing process and simplification improvement opportunities, systems and organizational structures to optimize finance processes.
Supporting various corporate requests as needed and required by Vice President and Corporate Controller.

This position reports to the Vice President and Corporate Controller. The SAP Finance Manager reports directly to this position.
This position works collaboratively with senior corporate management, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Legal, and IT; Group and Division Management; Internal Audit, External Audit, and other Parker third-party suppliers.
