About the position

The Director II, Institutional Corporate Accounts Finance NA serves as the finance business partner for the Senior Vice President of Global Corporate Accounts Sales. This pivotal role is responsible for leading deal management, pricing strategy, sales budgeting, and providing executive decision support aimed at driving profitable growth. The position requires a strategic mindset to design and implement key performance metrics that will accelerate sales growth and maximize operating income. The Director will focus on formulating strategies, establishing objectives, planning investments, allocating resources, and improving productivity across the organization. In addition to these strategic responsibilities, the Director will manage a team of approximately 30 individuals and will have indirect influence over the broader global commercial organization. This role involves leading the business approval process for all new business and renewals within Global corporate accounts, setting guidelines for commercial terms, pricing, and incentives. The Director will also direct the strategy and execution for the Center of Excellence (COE), which includes workforce planning and strategic projects. The position requires presenting financial information to sales leadership to ensure alignment of financial goals, which may include training sales associates on financial reports as necessary. The Director will support the Strategic Business Review, the Annual Sales Plan process, and monthly sales forecasting, ensuring that insights are delivered to finalize annual action plans, investments, and targets. Additionally, the role involves developing ad hoc analyses to supplement standard reporting, identifying business opportunities, and diagnosing challenges. A strong emphasis will be placed on developing sound business processes and creating a robust control environment around corporate account sales. Leadership, coaching, mentoring, and development of division finance associates will also be key responsibilities to achieve business results and prepare associates for future roles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the business (PCAF, P&L) approval process for all Global corporate account new business and renewals, setting guidelines for commercial terms, pricing, and incentives.
  • Direct strategy and execution for the Center of Excellence (COE), including workforce planning and strategic projects.
  • Present financial information to sales leadership to drive alignment of financial goals, including training of sales associates on financial reports, as needed.
  • Support the Strategic Business Review, Annual Sales Plan process, and monthly sales forecasting. Ensure delivery of insights needed to finalize annual action plans, investments, and targets.
  • Develop ad hoc analysis to supplement standard reporting to identify business opportunities or diagnose business challenges.
  • Develop sound business processes and create strong control environment around corporate account sales.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, and development to division finance associates to achieve business results and prepare associates for future responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Over 15 years total experience with relevant experience in FP&A and/or Sales Finance.
  • Four-year college degree in Finance or Accounting.
