The Director of Finance at Sheridan Memorial Hospital Association (SMHA) is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the financial services of the organization. This position ensures that the delivery of quality, cost-effective healthcare services aligns with the mission, vision, values, and goals of SMHA. The Director will manage various accountabilities, including finance, revenue cycle, payroll, and supply chain operations. This role is crucial for program and business development, ensuring the quality of services, and engaging in both short- and long-range planning directly related to these areas. The Director will also be responsible for achieving organizational goals and objectives, maintaining fiscal control, managing revenue and costs, and fostering interdepartmental and intradepartmental relations. Personnel management is also a key component of this role, requiring effective leadership and direction to ensure a high-performing finance team. The Director of Finance will work full-time, committing to 40 hours per week, typically from Monday to Friday.
