This senior leadership role is instrumental in driving financial strategy, optimizing operations, and supporting long-term organizational growth. Responsibilities
- Managing and analyzing financial data to ensure the accuracy and compliance of the financial operations.
- Preparing financial statements, forecasting costs and revenues, managing tax payments, and conducting internal audits.
- Guide strategic financial decisions and contribute to driving the company's growth.
- Lead the development, management, and execution of organizational budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational needs.
- Design and implement processes to monitor key financial metrics, deliver in-depth performance analysis, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct financial modeling to project growth opportunities and develop market strategies that align with the company's mission.
- Manage tax planning, compliance, and reporting, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a high-performing team culture that prioritizes professional growth and innovation.
- Work closely with other departments to integrate financial strategies into broader organizational plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, external auditors, and key partners to support organizational goals.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in leading financial strategy within complex organizations, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, financial modeling, and market analysis.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
- 4+ years of experience in a Controller, Assistant CFO, or VP of Finance role.

- Master's degree (preferred)
- Certified Public Accountant (nice, but not required!)
