They will leverage internal and external reports to assist the Team Leaders in sharing the Market Center's value story with staff and associates. They will prepare and update reports and assist the Team Leaders in leveraging them to provide value to associates. The DOF must understand that to run effectively and efficiently, a Market Center must tend to its associates' needs in such a way that they (the associates) are receiving the expected level of service and remain satisfied with the level of service provided by the Market Center. The DOF will be involved with clerical, administrative, agent associates, and managerial parties on an ongoing daily basis. As such the DOF must ensure that appropriate bookkeeping and accounting systems are accurately maintained. They may also be tasked with managing, training, and consulting the agent services team and assisting the Team Leaders in managing agents and the Market Center. What will you do? Implement and drive value systems for Market Center growth Oversee and manage the financial operations of the business, including budgets and forecasting for 5 locations Prepare and present accurate financial statements on a monthly basis for all locations to provide insights into business performance Ensure business is compliant in all areas of operation (financial as well as with Real Estate Commission) Complete State Annual Reports and Annual Business Taxes for all entities Book staff travel accommodations/registrations for trainings and events Monthly bank reconciliations (18+ accounts) Submit semi-monthly payroll with 3rd party vendor for all locations Maintain healthy relationships with vendors and contractors. Negotiate new and existing contracts as necessary. Assist Team Leaders in managing agents and office Purchasing (supplies and equipment) Create monthly billing and maintain low AR balance Perform Month End Close in timely manner (due by 2nd business day of month) Constant review and updating of systems/operations Maintain office equipment and technology Training and consulting personnel Introduction of new products/services to existing agent associates Oversee Virtual Assistant who does processing of commissions and reviews contract paperwork for compliance in accordance with TREC rules Staff Accountability/Awareness meeting - weekly Interaction Staff (Team Leaders, Virtual Assistant, Receptionists) - daily Sales Associates - daily Buyers/Sellers/Vendors - daily Management Responsibilities/Leverage Virtual Assistant Experience Proven experience in financial analysis Strong knowledge of balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger accounting practices. Familiarity with TN Real Estate Commission regulations and compliance requirements is a plus. Demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial reports and communicate findings effectively. Experience managing accounts receivable processes and optimizing revenue management strategies.
