The Director will lead the finance team, manage financial audits, and collaborate with other departments to enhance financial efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
• Ensure financial compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal policies.
• Develop financial strategies that align with business goals and objectives, driving profitability and long-term growth.
• Lead financial planning and analysis, providing key insights to support decision-making at the executive level.
• Monitor financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities to improve profitability.
• Implement best practices in financial management, accounting, and reporting across all business units.
• Lead the Finance team, promoting a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Manage financial audits, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are in place.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive cost-saving initiatives and improve financial efficiency.

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. in Accounting or related Business field from an accredited university.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
