The Director of Finance at Highgate Hotels plays a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and profitability of the hotel. This position requires consistent leadership in financial management, focusing on accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and safeguarding the assets of owners and investors. The Director will oversee cash flow management, prepare monthly financial statements, and monitor hotel revenues and expenses to ensure they align with established guidelines. The Director of Finance is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory licenses, permits, leases, contracts, and operational taxes. The successful candidate will coordinate internal and external financial audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
