About the position

The Director of Finance at Armand de Brignac will play a pivotal role in the company's growth and success, reporting directly to the CEO. This position is based in New York City and requires a hands-on, motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Director will lead the finance team, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and revenue accounting, while collaborating with various business leaders and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full financial planning process for AdB: forecasting, planning and reporting
• Responsible for division wide planning and estimate cycles, requiring frequent interaction with business leadership teams, controllership group, and finance operations
• Oversee the preparation of financial analysis and presentations to a wide spectrum of audiences
• Oversee all planning and forecasting cycles (Budget, quarterly forecasts, inventory planning, and long-range plan)
• Interface with outside partners including importers and distributors to ensure efficient and accurate operations
• Publish full P&L financial analysis demonstrating a solid operational understanding of various business entities, including understanding of business revenue drivers and reporting on revenue metrics
• Prepare analysis and presentations for all Monthly Op Reviews, Budgets, LRPs, and other ad hoc meetings
• Execute on other ad hoc requests as assigned by the CEO

Requirements

• Minimum of a B.A., ideally with an MBA/CPA or related degree
• At least 7-10 years of overall professional experience; ideally 6+ years of broad financial and operations management experience
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Experience with final responsibility for the quality and content of all financial data, reporting, and audit coordination for either a division or significant program area
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all employees
• Inter-personally effective and assertive
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
