About The Position

The Director of Food & Beverage is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within the property. This position focuses on achieving excellence in guest service, product quality, and financial performance while inspiring and leading the food and beverage team. The Director ensures compliance with health and safety standards and fosters a positive work environment that engages employees and enhances guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree from college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five or more years of experience in a food and beverage leadership role in a comparable hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead, motivate, and develop others.
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all food and beverage production and service for the property.
  • Supervise all food and beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, lounges, nightclubs, in-room dining, kitchens, stewarding, and banquets.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards.
  • Create an exceptional climate of professional and personable service.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the food and beverage team to achieve desired results.
  • Harmonize the culture, mission, values, and quality standards of the property.
