About the position

The Director of Growth Marketing at FranShares is responsible for leading marketing initiatives aimed at expanding the investor base and enhancing brand awareness. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual with extensive experience in HubSpot, particularly in email marketing and automation, to execute strategies that drive growth and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize email marketing campaigns using HubSpot's tools, including designing emails with drag-and-drop editors, personalizing content with CRM data, and employing AI for subject lines and email copy.
  • Implement and manage automated email workflows in HubSpot to nurture leads and engage existing investors, utilizing features such as personalization tokens and smart content.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of transactional emails through HubSpot, ensuring compliance with best practices and leveraging features like the single-send API for personalized communications.
  • Utilize analytics tools to assess campaign performance, derive insights, and inform decision-making processes, focusing on metrics such as CAC, website conversion rates, email open rates, lead-to-customer rates, click-through rates, and engagement.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with HubSpot, particularly in email marketing, automation, and transactional emails.
  • Proficiency in designing and executing email campaigns using HubSpot's drag-and-drop editor and personalization features.
  • Demonstrated success in managing automated workflows and transactional email communications within HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HubSpot's marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high-performing marketing teams.
