Requirements

• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to energize and motivate diverse teams.
• Strategic thinker who balances big-picture vision with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across functions.
• Experience managing unionized facilities and building effective relationships.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Nice To Haves

• Union negotiation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire plant staff and employees to achieve manufacturing goals and foster a culture of innovation.
• Oversee all plant activities through strategic planning and effective delegation.
• Advance our Lean Manufacturing program, ensuring continuous improvement in processes and productivity.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and implement robust systems for capital, operating, and maintenance expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety (OSHA), and environmental protection standards.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of top talent through recruitment, training, and mentorship.
