The Director of Membership and Real Estate Sales would be responsible for Membership Sales and for all tours of the Club and all real estate sale activities. This position has a primary base salary with an additional commission/bonus. This role would maintain the lead database of Sporting Club Realty, LLC and be committed to both a non-compete and non-solicitation agreement to establish best practices with creating and maintaining leads and relationships within SRSC. The role's focus would be properties within the SRSC portfolio with the ability to branch out into the JH area to provide best in class service to the client(s). The Sales Director would maintain the Real Estate website and manage any member brokers who would participate in the 'SRSC Approved Agent Program'. This would include managing all schedules for desk-time and keying in all leads generated by Approved Agents.
