We are seeking an experienced product leader to join our AI Product team, where you will be owning a suite of integrated, intelligent safety solutions for drivers, fleets and partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for Motive's AI-powered safety products.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitor landscapes, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Spearhead the development and launch of cutting-edge AI features.
- Partner closely with engineering, data science, and computer vision teams.
- Understand customer needs and pain points, translating them into innovative solutions.
- Identify product improvements and new growth opportunities.
- Engage with the Sales team on critical strategic accounts and trials.
- Mentor a high-performing team while maintaining a hands-on approach.
- Navigate the technical complexities of the product across software, hardware, AI, and data domains.
- Collaborate with other product managers to develop and implement product strategy.
- Develop sales strategies and marketing campaigns with GTM teams.
- Analyze performance metrics to measure the success of product launches.

Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on product management experience in a complex technical environment involving IoT, AI/ML.
- Proven track record in developing and scaling products utilizing computer vision and machine learning.
- High customer empathy and a desire to understand customer needs.
- Data-driven approach, using metrics to back up assumptions and opinions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage constructively in debate and discussion.
- Technical knowledge to gain respect of engineers.
- Experience working effectively with remote/offshore teams.
