As part of the role, you will: * Be part of the leadership team to deliver the future, intelligent digital workspace to drive efficiency, productivity and optimal value for every internal user at Capital One. * Lead a team whose goal is to connect users across the digital workspace at Capital One with simple to use, delightfully enriched AI experiences that will maximize productivity for the entire workforce. * Collaborate with tech, design and data science to scale and productionize AI and GenAI capabilities across the Enterprise. * Partner with researchers, tech and science teams to bring cutting-edge Generative AI capabilities to Capital One. * Evaluate, test, and develop proof-of-concepts for AI Safety technologies including Guardrails, Content Moderation, Cyber Security and Data Loss prevention. * Develop short- and long-term strategies for our products and research areas. * Lead teams of product managers to drive exploration and development of new products. * Deeply understand customer needs, translating them into a long term strategy for impactful, secure solutions to help enhance productivity across the Capital One. * Drive the business and technology roadmaps while ensuring alignment to the overall organizational strategy, risk and security policies, principles, patterns and standards.

Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management.
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
- Experience with Generative AI technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, Retrieval Augmented Generation, LangChain, Guardrails, Agentic Workflows.
